Educated in the automotive industry at Georgian College in Barrie and Northwood Institute in Michigan, Wayne began his love of this business washing cars part time as a student. Later Wayne attended the Ford Motor Company school for detailing vehicles.

Wayne has performed key roles in administration, sales, car rentals, new and used vehicle management for highly respected new car dealerships over the past 20 years.
